Google I called Apex due to a special I saw. The operator was very friendly and helpful. Apex contacted me advising they had an opening and they could do our system 2 weeks quicker than my appointment. The 2 technicians that came out, Austin and CJ were very respectful to us and our home. They explained everything that was going on with our system and gave several options of how we could get the ducts cleaned. They didn’t push the sell up once we said we didn’t want to go that route. Once they were done, they made sure they cleaned up, showed us pictures of what they did and made sure we were satisfied before they left. I would highly recommend this company.
