It’s my first time using this company and so far they have been great to work with. Scheduling was easy and they were very accommodating with having technician come out a few days later because of my time constraints the first day. Isaac was awesome to work with and was very knowledgeable about the job and products company offers. He was not pushy with sales but let me know my options and truly seemed to have my best interest in mind. He did a great job cleaning all of my vents and furnace! I’ll definitely be calling Apex back then needed.

The Apex team had great communication through the process and made things easy. Our tech Isaac was awesome!! He took the time to educate us while he went through the entire system before getting started. I called Apex due to a special I saw. The operator was very friendly and helpful. Apex contacted me advising they had an opening and they could do our system 2 weeks quicker than my appointment. The 2 technicians that came out, Austin and CJ were very respectful to us and our home. They explained everything that was going on with our system and gave several options of how we could get the ducts cleaned. They didn’t push the sell up once we said we didn’t want to go that route. Once they were done, they made sure they cleaned up, showed us pictures of what they did and made sure we were satisfied before they left. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with APEX! Josias was our expert consultant who serviced our home and did an outstanding job—super friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us clear pros and cons based on our home’s needs without ever being pushy. I suffer from severe seasonal allergies, so we needed our vents cleaned and sanitized. I also wasn’t aware of all the different options available to improve our home’s air quality, and Josias really educated me on that. James, who helped us schedule, was also welcoming and informative. We already feel a difference in the air quality after just one day. Highly recommend APEX and Josias! I will certainly be using their services again! Not only did James get me in within 24 hours of reaching out to him but the service was AMAZING!
